Introduction
In this course, students will learn to perform computer system installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and also computer network installation. They are expected to provide remote technical support, perform computer systems administrative and supervisory functions. Besides that, students will learn to organise project development plan, manage project implementation, manage operating system, manage storage management system, manage security management system, organise computer system backup and recovery, organise computer system backup and recovery, manage system documentation and standard operating procedure, perform managerial functions and manage technology update.

SPM/SPMV 1 credit preferably with a pass in BM.
