Air-Conditioning Technology

Introduction

Students will be taught the methods how to detect and repair damage domestic air-conditioning system (domestic split units). They will be able to determine the damage occur regularly to the air-conditioning system and provide solutions to the problem. Students will be trained how to carry out an inspection on every unit of air-con by using the appropriate equipments. The types and methods of installation and connection to various electrical peripherals to the system will also be studied.

Entry Requirements

SPM/SPMV 1 credit preferably with a pass in BM.

Duration

Full time:

Level 1:- 6 months
Level 2:- 6 months
Level 3:- 12 months
