Introduction

The rapid development of oil palm plantations has made our country as the main of palm oil producer. Thus, the sector requires highly qualified and trained foreman and estate conductor to serve in the industry. This program exposed trainees to practical supervisory skills required in plantation and they will learn safety practices, supervisory role, distribution of materials, suitability of equipment and machinery to be used; appropriate supervision of workers to ensure production standard are achieved, provide work schedule and make daily reports or progress of work.

Entry Requirements

SPM/SPMV 1 credit preferably with a pass in BM.

Duration

Full time:

Level 1:- 6 months
Level 2:- 6 months
