Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Sarawak (PPKS)

The Technical and Vocational Educational (TVE) Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia, recently paid an industrial visit to Pusat Pembangunan Kemahiran Sarawak (PPKS). The contingent, led by its Director, Tuan Haji Ahmad Tajudin Jab, chose PPKS as their destination came with the objective to of benchmarking on the daily operations and the available facilities of at PPKS, as a source of reference and inspiration to further enhance the technical and vocational education structure in the country.

The TVE division is fully in charge of all the technical and vocational schools in Malaysia, 5 of which are under the 'Sekolah Angkat' programme in PPKS. PPKS and TVE Division hope to organize more of similar mutual visits between them in an effort to strategically enhance technical and vocational education in Malaysia.
