INDUSTRIAL SKILLS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMMES (INSEP) / GRADUATES RESKILLING SCHEME
For the past few years, Malaysian government has come up with many training programmes in its effort to assist our university graduates in gaining industry industry – specific skills. The training programmes will provide unemployed graduates with specific skills and would make them more marketable in the employment market in particular industries.
The Economic Planning Unit [EPU], in the Prime Minister Department is funding the execution of the programmes. It also identifies specific organization in each state to offer their expertise in a particular field through training programmes that match the human resource needs or industries.
