Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) - http://www.ptptn.gov.my/
Loan Eligibility Requirement :
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizen
- Pass SPM with minimum 3 credits in any subject
- Pursuing full-time Diploma course in ICATS.
- Student MUST meet ICATS minimum entrance requirement for all the courses approved by National Accreditation Board (LAN) and Department of Private Education (JPS), Ministry of Higher Education.
- No other financial assistance (except bank loans)
- At the time of application, student must not be pursuing the last year of his / her course.
- Student who obtained his / her PTPTN loan previously in other institution but failed to complete his / her studies are only eligible to apply for the second time upon payment of all outstanding debts to PTPTN.
PPKS Student Education Fund
Loan Eligibility Requirement :
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizen
- Loan amount of RM5,000 to RM7,000 per annum
- Active involvement in extra-curricular activities.
- Applicants must possess good academic performance.
Yayasan Sarawak - http://www.yayasansarawak.org.my/
Loan Eligibility Requirement :
- For Sarawakian only.
- Applicable for foundation and diploma programmes.
- Have received an offer letter from ICATS.
- Have not been offered any other study loan.
Higher Education Fund
Loan Eligibility Requirement :
- For Sarawakian only.
- Applicable for Engineering programmes.
- Have received an offer letter from ICATS.
- Have not been offered any other study loan.
- Study loan will be granted to student with parents' income of RM5,000 and below.
- Subject to terms and conditions of Higher Education Fund.

Loan Eligibility Requirement :
- EPF members who enroll in diploma programmes.
- The children of EPF members who enrolled to study.
Bakun Trust Fund
Loan Eligibility Requirement :
- For Sarawakian from Bakun only.
- Applicable for foundation and diploma programmes.
- Have received an offer letter from ICATS.
- Have not been offered any other study loan.

- Pursuing full-time SKM courses in PPKS.
- Student MUST meet PPKS minimum entrance requirement for all the courses approved by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)
- No other financial assistance (except bank loans).
